How to get access to PDC

Hi team

I have access to PDC through URL https://pdc2.pegacloud.com/prweb/PRAuth …, however HSBC global team told me that I need access to different URLs depending of the environment:

Usually its the same URL for all environments where you can switch internally after logging in. You need to connect with one of the support admins associated with your MSP account who can create an operator for you in PDC.
