PDC integration with Service Now

We would like to integrate Pega Alerts notifications in PDC with Service Now so that an incident is created in Service Now for the alerts that are generated in PDC.

Once we set up the integration, will it be possible to filter out certain high priority alerts to be sent to Service Now instead of all alerts?

Is there any documentation around the configuration changes that needs to be performed to achieve this functionality?

When configuring event based notifications you can select which one should be sent to Service Now.
