Can someone explain how the list of possible notifications is formed? Does this list only include alerts that have occurred?
The problem: I need to set up notifications for SECU… alerts, but they are not in the list of notifications in the PDC, although they are present in the article.
Also interested in this capability. Is this a bug in PDC considering that documentation claims these events should be available?

This is expected behavior. According to documentation:

The third column is about if PDC notifications are available. You can set notifications only for entries with “yes” in that column.
If you think some other alerts should be added to the list, please raise it as an Idea on Collaboration Center.
