My question is whether you know why we only receive notifications when the Health Status changes from normal → critical, but not when it returns from critical → normal.
This makes it difficult to understand whether the issue is still ongoing or already resolved, since the corresponding recovery notification does not appear in PDC.
In PDC , notification is event based ,not state based. it wouldn’t send the notification when it recovery to avoid alert fatigue and excessive notifications.
PDC sends notifications when a health metric breaches a configured threshold.
