I took the PEGAPCBA86V1 registration exam on pearsonvue last Friday and passed.
So far I haven't received my profile registration email from the page. not yet
received I would like to understand the problem.

It will take 5 business days to reflect in your profile.even after that its not reflecting kindly follow below steps.
In order to retrieve your certificate, perform the following steps:
If you already have a Pega account:

Log into your Pega account Profile using your Pega account credentials.

Click the View All Achievements button.

Your certification will display. Click the down arrow icon under the certification to download the certificate .pdf soft copy.
NOTE: If your certification does not display, from your Pega account Profile click your name in the upper-right corner > click My Settings. Confirm that the email address you used in your PearsonVUE exam account is in your Pega account as either your Pega login (primary) email address or an alternate email address (i.e., Other Email Addresses associated with this account). When adding another email address to your account, it may take approximately 2-3 days for your certificate to display.
If you do not have a Pega Account:
- Register for a Pega account. A confirmation email will be sent. You must click on the link in the email to activate your Pega account.
If you have a professional email address, register with that email address. You will need to add the email address you used in your Pearson VUE exam account as an Alternate email address in your Pega Profile (After creating and activating your Pega account, access your Pega Profile > click your name in the upper-right corner > click My Settings) if the email addresses are different.
If registering with a personal email address, use the email address you used in your Pearson VUE account as your Primary email address.
2. After you create and activate your Pega account, wait approximately 2-3 days for your certification to sync with your Pega account.

After 2-3 days have passed, log into your Pega account Profile using your Pega account credentials.

Click the View All Achievements button.

The email is the same as PersonalVUE. In March I made the PCSA registration and it was
registered the other day. That last PCBA is two days old and doesn't show.
