how long my pega profile will update the last Pega certification information

i have passed PCDC 8.7 version exam, i can see the exam history in Pearson VUE website. i have waitted more than 5 business day after i passed the exam, but i still not find the PCDC certification in my Pega profile. And i have checked my email address is the same on my pega profile primary email address and Pearson Vue

As previous Pega exam experience, pega send the subject is certification email to my email after exam passing and then i can find the certification on my pega profile. But now i have waitted more than 5 business days and i still not received any certification email from [email protected]

Does a browser refresh show the badge?

@MarijeSchillern i refreshed the browser and clean the cache, PCDC related badge still not showing

@Jack.Sun it sounds like you need help from our Pega Academy team to figure out the issue with your account and/or email used with Pearson Vue.

When did you send the email to [email protected]?

@MarijeSchillern Thanks Marije, the following is my exam detail information. Additional information is that i was failed in PCDC 8.8 exam first, and then i passed PCDC 8.7 exam. I don’t know if this situation will affect the update results
