I’m trying to achieve the below academy challenge where I should be able to show the chat widget icon on U+ bank site. Even after following all the steps, chat icon is not appearing on the U+ bank.
Did anyone faced the same issue or anyone able to achieve this?

Hello @MireilleDallaire , thank you for getting it fixed asap. I did verified and it is working perfectly fine now.
I’m also facing one more issue with below challenge where I did all the steps but at the end the Incoming chat request is not appearing in the Interaction portal to the agent even after agent is available with right skill (Mortage).
Can you please verify and confirm this too?
