Is pega the best option for us? and what Alternatives?

The Workflow we want to do is about a feedback application.

where people from different platforms submit their feedback about the site and the content and other things.

Is pega the best platform to get messages from other platforms like Twitter, Facebook, etc automatically? and then able to tag the feedback message with classes and then transfer it to the team with these classes?

example: the feedback is sent to us we see the feedback is about the content so we tag the feedback with content and feedback will be transferred to the content team.

and when they have a lot of feedback can they browse the feedback and read the title of all of them so they can know which is important or not?

if Pega isn’t good at these features what alternatives can do that?
