Now agentic AI can start communicating with other AI agents like copilot agents to establish communication with pega application support teams , COE and non pega users to take inputs on Audit , approvals outside pega , Agents can read emails to give summary on approval checklist. once agent AI communicates with other service providers like Microsoft teams or IBM lotus or other collaboratives tools Gen AI will start taking inputs from others tools used by non pega users for decision making , especially in deployment ,production support , security in cloud etc. Agentic AI will reduce lot of individual communications across channels and reduce it to easy manageable reporting format.. Agentic AI is game changer in Pega cloud with so many applications to maintain like big banking clients and retail gaints
very interesting direction for Pega Agentic AI, especially in large enterprise environments. Bringing inputs from emails, approvals, audit steps, and collaboration tools into one flow can make communication faster and easier to manage.
