Email Server in Pega Cloud (2022 update)

I wonder if anything has changed since 2017 regarding whether Pega Cloud provides any service for outgoing / incoming Emails?

Pega Platform™ no longer includes the Email Wizard. This wizard helped set up an email service for sending and receiving email in Pega Platform. The wizard generated an email account, an email listener, and an email service rule.

After an upgrade to Pega Platform 8.4 and later, existing clients must create new email accounts and email channels in App Studio. When you configure a new email channel, you add your email accounts so that customers can send and receive email by using the Pega Email Bot. Configuration of an email channel automatically generates an email listener and service email rules.

@ChandanU5252 Thank you for your response, it is helpful.

I probably did not explain the question well enough. If I understand correctly, your explanation is about entering email server and account parameters into Pega once you have the server and account. My question was about providing that server to Pega Cloud customers. You know, like Microsoft or Google provide you with email service, or an organization’s IT sets up an email server and manages email accounts.

I also asked out CSM about it and he replied today that it’s still not provided within Pega Cloud subscription. Unless there is different info, I’ll take it as the answer.
