Hi,

Is it possible to add MS Exchange cloud as an Email Provider for an Email account? (Pega v8.2.8)

Currently, these are the options available:

Hello @MaleeshaW, Thanks for reaching out. Are you referring to Microsoft Office 365/Exchange online provider here? If so we have introduced the support for connecting to Office365/Exchange Online mailboxes for sending and receiving emails in Pega 8.6 and 8.4 versions respectively. We recommend you to upgrade to the appropriate versions to be able to use these integration capabilities to integrate with Office 365/Exchange online mailboxes.
