Hello,
It is easy to configure customer’s SMTP server if our Pega server is on-prem. However, if it is Pega Cloud, and customer’s network is connected by public access, it is hard for customer to open SMTP protocol port for security reasons. Are there any approaches or workaround to configure customer’s SMTP server on-prem from Pega Cloud (Internet)?
