Cannot download software from PDN

Hi Team,

I am getting the following message while downloading software from PDN :

“You are not currently affiliated to the correct account for your organization to view the full My Software experience.
Please contact your Account Administrator who can affiliate you to the correct account.”

Is it possible for you to let me know who I should reach out, to make this work correctly ? I am a new joiner in my current organization.

@VTALUKDAR you should be able to find out within your organization who is the assigned Pega Account Administrator, as per our How to get Support documentation

See the section Account Administration and the roles that will need to be assigned to your by your allocated Pega Account Administrator.
