Download License not Available - Santander Time

Hello, I need the emails below to be added to the Santander Group and to be allowed to download the Pega Infinity software and download the licenses associated with Santander.
Obs.: We already belong to the Santander Organization.

@MARCIOD16741873 please familiarize yourself with the requirements to download software via the My Pega portal.

Your users will need to be affiliated to the company by your Pega Account Administrator.

Creating a Pega Community account is only the first step – it only gives you access only to the basic online services (reading forum posts, access to some documentation).

All questions about what qualifies as a fully-affiliated account are covered in the Community Account FAQ pages.

Please familiarize yourself with the steps to put in place a Pega Account Administrator role in your organization who then administrates their colleague profiles online.

How to check your Account Administrator details on My Support Portal

Below are the steps which need to be followed to resolve this issue.

  1. Contact the Account Administrator of your organization who can help in affiliating you with the account.
  2. If you are not aware of an Account Administrator consult your manager.
  3. If your manager is also not aware contact your colleague or someone else in your organization who is able to download Pega software who helps in providing the Account Administrator of your organization.
