Hi PEGA support!
Could you please help me with an issue? I’m trying to download PEGA Personal Edition from your resource ( pega.com → Support → Download Pega Software) and get this error message ‘You are not authorized to view this page’.
I’m registered, logged in and trying to do that with an active trial period.
@DmitryI16803722 there are two things we need to point out.
- Your account status.
You have just created an account a few hours ago. You are registered as a ‘guest’ which means that you are using a non-company specific email (eg hotmail, gmail etc). Creating a Pega Community account is only the first step – it only gives you access only to the basic online services (reading forum posts, access to some documentation).
All questions about what qualifies as a fully-affiliated account are covered in the Community Account FAQ pages.

How to check your Account Administrator details on My Support Portal
Below are the steps which need to be followed to resolve this issue.
- Contact the Account Administrator of your organization who can help in affiliating you with the account.
- If you are not aware of an Account Administrator consult your manager.
- If your manager is also not aware contact your colleague or someone else in your organization who is able to download Pega software who helps in providing the Account Administrator of your organization.

I suggest that you first get your account fully-affiliated with your company, and once you have done that, could I encourage you to use the Pega Community Edition (Trial version) instead of the Personal Edition from My Software. (The latter is no longer being kept up to date).
