Issue with account

I have created an account using my company email id but when I am trying to download Pega software it shows unauthorized when clicking on the download pega software

@sumitc16766394 When you navigate the menu from Support → ‘Download Pega Software’ it takes you to the My Pega - My Software page.

Your community account listed under the kadellabs email was registered only 4 hours ago and is not recognized as an affiliated client.

You registered as a guest 4 hours ago, which would have given you basic access to our forum pages.

Note: The My Software feature is available for company emails only. Update your primary email to your company email and reach out to your Account Administrator in MSP to get access.

Below are the steps which need to be followed to resolve this issue.

  1. Contact the Account Administrator of your organization who can help in affiliating you with the account.
  2. If you are not aware of an Account Administrator consult your manager.
  3. If your manager is also not aware contact your colleague or someone else in your organization who is able to download Pega software who helps in providing the Account Administrator of your organization.

Please go through the below documentation to familiarise yourself with the processes that will allow you access to My Software etc. Once you add additional email addresses and contact the relevant Account Administrator of your company, you can have them provide you with the relevant roles and permissions.
