Download Pega

Hello Dear,

I have to download Pega but the downloading option is not showing in the My Software tab and it’s showing an authorization error, could you kindly guide me, on how could I download it?

@bakhtawars16579987 You can only download the Pega ‘Personal Edition’ if you’re not a Pega Partner or Pega employee.

Yes, I checked, and actually, I do not know how to fix the authentication error, while I am using my office email.

We have had other users ask about the ‘My Pega’ download functionality, and it was explained in this question.

not a good experiment with Pega community.

we just want to explore and learn but don’t know how get the software.

i don’t see download link from my trial. also “My Software” tab is empty.

@DungL16594560 as explained in the FAQ, My Software tab will be empty for various reasons.

If you are registered on Pega Community with a service provider e-mail domain (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.), you will not have access to Personal Edition, or licensed software.

Please update your account to use your company email address. For help with account-related inquiries, please contact [email protected].

Regarding the trial you enlisted for, did you confirm your email ? What happens if you click on ‘Continue to Trial’ link?
