Need Support Administrator Assistance

When I go into My Pega and select M Software, if provides me this feedback:

“You are not currently affiliated to the current account for your organization to view the full My Software experience. Please contact your Support Administrator who can affiliate you to the current account.”

This is the help I need ASAP.

You don’t have the required access level. You need to ask one of the users whose names are present in the Account Administrator page in Pega MSP, to change your access level. Pega recently updated their access levels in MSP. You can get more details here:
