Call to fetch authoring records failed: Axisos Error

Impact:

• Unable to create/add fields to Case type

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch latest Pega 8.8 My trial version

2. Create a new case type

3. Create a new stage and a step

4. Configure the view

5. Exception appears.

Hi @kamas1: Is it an intermittent issue? I’m not facing the same.

Can you try to check the logs for any error? Also can you try to power off and turn on the trial again and check?

1. Power ON/OFF - It did not help.

2. Logs - No exception observed.

However, it started working now. No idea on the RCA.
