Error in UX tab in Case Type Menu

Hi,

I cannot open the UX tab in the case designer either from Dev studio or App studio.

Below is the error message I’m getting;

  • Error in UI Authoring Call to fetch authoring records failed: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 500

Please provide if anyone has any thoughts/solutions on this.

Hi @Neeharika_Madduri ,

Based on the error it seems that you are using Pega Constellation. Could you please check if the below DSS has the values that point your application to the Constellation Server :

ConstellationSvcURL

ConstellationPegaStaticURL

If the app is running on Pega Cloud you can reach out to the Pega Could team for the DSS settings.

@banet Thanks for the reply, the cause for that error is the same one you mentioned and I have updated the DSS as well.
