Our application is built on Constellation. We are trying to configure a UI but getting this error.
How can we resolve this issue?

Which platform version are you using here?
Does this error happen if you login using the app specific URL for this application (with the app name in the URL)?
What messages do you see in the network trace?

We are using Pega Infinity 23.1.1.
Yes - still having the same issue when using the app specific URL.

How did you identify this url to set up ?
We were getting same error with 401 error code earlier and for further debugging we have removed authentication from service package ‘dev’ temporarily .
And now we are getting same error with 400 error code .
But We wanted to understand how this can be resolved.
Can you please enlighten more ?
@SUDARSHANC5206 we got them resolved by working with Pega Cloud team member who manages the environment for us. Are you running your system in Pega Cloud?

Hi ,
We are running on premise .
However , found a workaround with in-private mode in chrome browser.
But the issue still exists in edge browser with both in-private mode.
Not sure why there are annomalies based on browser.
@SUDARSHANC5206 i would suggest to create an issue incident with Pega GCS.
