@shereens16812270 as you are using the Trial version it is available via My Trials on ‘My Pega’ profile. Technical support can be obtained via Community Edition FAQ . You can email requests to [email protected]

Hi @MarijeSchillern - I have tried all 3 support posts for this issue without success. I am hoping that the error will disappear on its own, for now - I am not able to use “User interface” tab for a case type.
Chrome developer tools has response headers with error as “invalid_authorization_header” & error_description as “Invalid Authentication Data”. Session is updated with status code as 401.
I have also sent an email to TrialSystemOperations team and will wait for a response.
@TittoThommyT I got a response from TrialSystemOperations team to try with incognito mode and it did fix the issue.
