Where to find history support tickets from MSP portal

Hi,

Can anyone suggest where to find the history support tickets from MSP portal? Currently we can only view the on-going tickets and can not see the completed ones.

Hi @gonga106: You can search for the exact ticket ID if you are aware of. You can use wildcard search too. You can also click on view all tickets under open tickets (later you may adjust the search accordingly).
