How to view existing SR created by team. Its showing info -In order to create a support ticket, you must be added as a contact to a client or partner account. Please reach out to a support administrator to be added.
To view the SR via the support portal, you must have the necessary access. Your organization will need to grant you this access.
You can ask one of your support admins listed in msp.pega.com to grant you access.
