I as a Support Administrator added the “General support access” role for Molly O Ryan(new user profile). Molly is not able to view any tickets. Need help to identify the issue.
I did a quick search and am unable to find any user by that name on the MSP User list for JPM.
As per the MSP FAQ, please can you use the correct Contact Us form in order to log this issue directly with the MSP team?
