where can we get the installation package for ABBYY finereader 12 for windows?

According to this article https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/installing-pega-ocr-component.we have to install it on linux server. Can we install it in windows? And where to find the ABBYY Fine Reader 12 package its not in the pega market place

@akhilp99 This a component for the Pega Platform and not specifically for Pega Robotics. You’d use this with your platform applications. Pega Robotics does have some OCR capabilities however. For those, you’d install the OCR Essentials that you cnan request from the portal where you get Runtime or Studio from.

@akhilp99 you can install it from Pega Marketplace. Be sure to be logged into the pega community portal using your affiliated email address of the company registered with us.

Install details of OCR also can be found here.

@MarijeSchillern Hello, Is Pega OCR not supported on Windows to install in the personal edition?
Where can we obtain the ABBYY finereader 12 package file?

@AlekhyaprasannaN please see the previous responses. Note that PE is a cut-down version of Pega and is meant as a standalone release. Perhaps @Skowronek could comment further.

Pega OCR component only supports linux (RH, CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu/Debian distros).

As it comes to ABBYY finereader 12 package, not sure exactly what do you mean, but the whole Pega OCR installation is described here: Pegasystems Documentation
