How Pega Cloud customers can use the OCR capabilities?

As per the documentation, On-Prem and Custom Cloud customers can install and use the OCR capabilities. But, how the Pega Cloud can utilise get these capabilities?

Any reference documents or previous implementation scenarios will help.

FYI… I do raise with the Pega Cloud support team to get the updates.

We can use the Pega OOTB Email IVA with OCR capabilities. Pega Cloud Team doesn’t provide support to the stand alone Pega component applications.
