When will support for Opensearch be available as a replacement for ElasticSearch?

We are running on AWS using Pega containers and would like to leverage the cloud native service of AWS called OpenSearch. However, since Pega currently supports Elastic Search, opensearch is not supported. When will Pega support Opensearch?

We have the same issue. We don’t want to pay license for additional elastic search or maintain in cluster elastic search . We want to use AWS Open Search 2.11.

Please advice on what we need to do to support this? Are the latest SRS Images compatible with Open Search?

Currently, we can only use AWS Elasticsearch 7.10 with SRS version 1.28.0.
