Underling Pega Platform Versions supporting Smart Dispute 8.7.3

Hello ..

We are currently on Pega Disputes All for Issuers 8.7 running on Pega Platform 8.7.3.

We are planning to upgrade the underlying Pega Platform to 8.8.3.

Can you confirm of Pega Disputes All for Issuers 8.7 is compatible with Pega Platform to 8.8.3 or if we also need to upgrade the Pega Disputes All for Issuers version to 8.8 as well?

Is there any documentation supporting the same? If so, appreciate if you could provide the link to the same as well.

Hi @ArafathA5755 - We do share Smart Dispute version support and platform version support in Smart Dispute community forum. Please reach out to your team who may have received the Smart Dispute Q3 Community Forum recording and deck , slide 26 has details of all SD versions.

To your question, Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers 8.7 is compatible with Pega 8.8.x.

Ideally recommend to update to Smart Dispute 8.8 on Pega 8.8.x in order to avoid any ambiguity w.r.t stack.
