We have installed Smart dispute for issuers v23 product on top of pega platform 8.8.There was no error in installation however we couldn’t see dispute related access groups on application.
Installation sequence:
1.Installed Pega Foundation for Financial Services 23 jar files
2.Installed Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers v23 Base jar files.
3.Installed Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers v8.7 MasterCard October 2023 Compliance
4.Installed Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers v8.8 Visa October 2023 Compliance
During “Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers v23 Base” installation, Most of the rules are skipped in ‘SmartDispute_Base_Schema.Jar’ file.Refer attached screenshot
Hi @Manikandan M - Going by the Smart Dispute versions mentioned by you, it is not recommended and incompatible versions.
Smart Dispute v23 is not compatible with Pega Platform 8.8
Smart Dispute compliance jars are incorrect.
Please see Smart Dispute for Issuers '23 installation guide Pegasystems Documentation . If that does not help , I would recommend you to raise an INC- (Incident) in My Pega Support portal for further clarifications.
@kumas10 Thank you, Sheetal. I have installed v8.8 , it works now. Do you know how to find the test account numbers for visa and master card for issuers 8.8 version?. I have tried below accounts but no luck.

Hi @Manikandan M Did you install the sample data jars mentioned in the install / update guides ? I would recommend you to thoroughly follow the steps mentioned in guides on docs.pega.com for successful install / update.
