Require May monthly hotfix for Pega SD 8.7, PRPC 8.8
@MadhuriM5500 please do not request hotfixes on the PSC forum.
As per the Smart Dispute for Issuers Hotfixes documentation:
To request a hotfix, go to your account on My Support Portal. Click New request > For something I need and select Service request > Existing hot fix. Add and verify the hotfix details and click Finish.

Hi @MadhuriM5500, Is this requesting PEGA hotfix packages? If so, you need to raise a ticket in My support portal here.
If you know the hotfix ids, you can can raise a existing hotfix request. If not submit a “Development / Testing Issue”

Hi @MadhuriM5500 - Starting Q2 2023 May Maintenance release, Smart Dispute has started off delivering hotfixes as patch releases for Smart Dispute 8.7 , 8.8 and higher versions, but not SD 7.x versions.
