On the MSP site you should be able to request any hotfixes that exist.

Smart Dispute Issuer 24.1 November - Maintenance Patch Release can be downloaded from My Pega Software downloads. This is a Patch release and not a Hotfix.
The patch release version for Q4 November 2024 is 24.1.3.
