Smart Dispute for Issuers Upgrade to ‘23

Hi All, can you confirm if SD ‘23 is supported only with Platform version ‘23 or will it be compatible if I plan to upgrade Platform version to ‘24.1?

The wording in Completing the prerequisite tasks seems to indicate that it would be compatible.

Hi @Abhinav_Chaudhary - SD’23 is compatible with Pega Platform '23 and SD’23 is not certified on Pega Platform '24.1. So, if you plan to upgrade to Pega Platform '24.1, you have to also upgrade to SD’24.1.

@kumas10 Is SD 8.7 also compatible with Pega Platform '23 ?

Hi @SudhanshuC7907 - SD 8.7 is not certified on Pega Platform '23. Please refer to Smart Dispute platform certification slide shared in Q4’23 community forum slides. The deck is available on Pega Smart Dispute My Pega spaces.
