Compatible java version for Pega 8.7 and Pega 23

Hi Team,

Our environment team is planning to upgrade java, they have 8, 11, 17 or 21 versions. Please let us know the compatible java version for Pega 8.7.3 and Pega’ 23. Below are our current setup,

Pega version - 8.7.3
JDK - jdk1.8 and App server - JBOSS

We have referred below document, would like to know if this the latest update.

@GOWTHAMRAJ yes the Platform Support Guide is always up to date.

For both Pega 8.7.3 and Pega '23, Java SE 11 would be a suitable choice. Please note that Java SE 8 is deprecated in Pega '23.
