Unable to switch to the App Studio

Hi,
Unable to switch to the App Studio After upgrading CRM application to 8.6 from 7.4. It redirect to the case manager portal.

Could you please check in operator access group avail portal field you are having pxExpress portal configured and you are using that to navigate to app studio…

Hi @GunaSekaran_B, Portal is already in the list and I am able to see App Studio in the switch studio list as below, when I select the App Studio it goes to the Manager Portal.

@Sutharsan Can you please check inside App studio portal rule, it is mapped to correct harness. Attached screenshot for your reference.

@MithunTibrewala Yes, it is mapped as per the attached screenshot.

@Sutharsan Add following roles in AG and try

  1. CS:ExpressUser

  2. CS:ExpressMgrTools
