Switching portals not possible on Constellation UI ? Is it a feature or a Bug in Constellation UI?

There is a requirement in Customer Service application, for a Manager role, they want to view two portals Interaction portal and Data portal (CDMPortal).

Post configuring these two portals on the access group of Manager, when we test we do not find option to switch from default portal.

This used to be common requirement and feature in Traditional UI. Is it a bug in Constellation UI or a design consideration to avoid issues, if any ?

Pega version: Infinity '25.1.2 Constellation

Application: Pega Customer Service (CS)

For those interested in bringing back the app switcher for multiple access groups in the same app, please see https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/app-dev/switching-constellation-apps-portal.html (Infinity '26) The best practices and caveats for UX mentioned above still apply but you can bring this back if business requirements mandate it.

As @Bhumireddy shared the article, this is available from Infinity 26 onwards to switching portals for the same application.
