Switch application (Access Groups) in Constellation

Do we have capability in constellation to handle multiple Access Groups by switching between them now. By default, I do see switch application in admin roles in constellation but it is more wrt to different applications rather than roles.

Have we lost this capability? Or we need additional configs. Please help.
