Hi Team,
I am using Pega 25.1.2 version, I’ve enabled the EnableGenerativeAI and started to configure the Gen AI coach but in advance tab not able to see the AI Models. Getting an Warning “No models are available, please review the configuration and try again”.
Can anyone guide me on this…

Can you share more details about your environment? Is this a trial system from MyPega, a demo system, a Pega Cloud system, etc? thank you
Hi @PhilipShannon , it is Pega cloud, we recently upgraded to 25.1.2 version
Could you please confirm with the cloud team if GenAI is enabled for your specific environment?
The Document ‘Enabling Pega GenAI in Pega Cloud’ includes the steps required, please refer to the section ‘Process to enable Pega GenAI’
Be sure that you have enabled the toggles as described in step 5, and in the document ‘Connecting to the generative AI provider in Pega Cloud’
@MonishaD17618681 Is this issue resolved? I am experiencing the same issue now suddenly after login into Pega community edition (Pega Infinity '25.1.2) and all GenAI connection rules models showing the msg as “No models available, please review the configuration and try again.” which were working till 5/27. I am neither save the GenAI related rules nor create a new ones due to this error where no models available in dropdown, pls guide me on this, thanks
I created a Trial system yesterday, is running Infinity 25.1.2
I was not able to find the exact screen you shared, but the models are available in the drop down menu
The models are available on this new system without me having to do anything, I only imported a blueprint file.
When you connect to your system does it indicate there is a newer version available of 25.1.2?
