GenAI Connect not showing any models in Pega Trial environment

Hello Everyone,

I am working on GenAI Connect in a Pega Trial environment. When I try to select a GenAI model, I see the message:

“No models available, please review the configuration and try again.”

I have the following questions:

1. Does Pega provide any out-of-the-box GenAI models in Trial environments?

2. Is it possible to use own LLMs in a Pega Trial environment?

3. Are there any additional steps required to enable GenAI models in Trial?

Any guidance or documentation references would be helpful.

2. No, you can’t configure your own LLM models.

I have a Trial system and can confirm that this has out-of-the-box GenAI Models

I didn’t need to take any extra steps except login and import a blueprint
