The new Model Availability Dashboard is live on Pega Support Center. It’s your single source of truth for which AI models Pega supports, what features they power, where they run, and when they retire.

Using this dashboard, you can:

  • See feature mappings for each Pega GenAI capability, and which models are selectable.

  • Check defaults behind Pega-Default-Smart, Pega-Default-Fast, and Pega-Design-Time.

  • Browse the full catalog across AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Google Cloud Vertex AI, including embedding models, with status and region.

  • Plan ahead with deprecation dates and recommended replacements, backed by PEGA0175 and PEGA0176 alerts in PDC.

Use the dashboard plan model choices, validate feature support, confirm regional data residency, and stay ahead of model deprecations before they affect your applications.
