Pega GENAI coach is not working in community edition.

Click on power off. After its off then you’ll get an option to awake environment.

@MarijeSchillernI tried contacting trail version team, but still unable to resolve this issue. This is for community edition

Pega GenAI Coach is a licensed feature.
It is supported only when the Autopilot Service Base URL DSS is enabled. Therefore, you would need to have the appropriate licensing to use GenAI Coach.

If you have been licensed, you should be able to see AI suggestions after doing Toggle enablement in Dev Studio and by assigning API Key in App studio.
@ImranH37please provide all screenshots showing the troubleshooting steps you’ve undertaken, in the exact order of suggestion we made above.
- What AI feature are working?
- Note that Community Edition does provide general AI functionality, but only some feature - see LinkedIn info.
- Date you obtained the special GenAI Coach license from your AE.
- pgvector DB installation details
- My Pega installation of GenAI Coach licensed product
- Dev Studio configuration
- App Studio configuration
- Autopilot Service Base URL DSS
- Symptoms of Coach ‘not working’

My suggestion to you is to contact the PegaLABS team, obtain a license and use the GenAI Coach there instead.

@MarijeSchillern Yes All the GEN AI features are working except GEN AI coach
