Autopilot is unavailable for my Trial instance and also i don’t have access to create ticket for enabling . Please help i need it asap.

Regarding your comment “..also i don’t have access to create ticket for enablin” please familiarize yourself with the prerequisites to log support tickets via MSP. (Account email for your Community Account, Company affiliation via your Account Administrator, correct MSP role etc)
@MarijeSchillern Thank you . Also a question i tried to install Pega Knowledge Buddy into the community. My usecase is to read pdf data into genai and fetch customer specific policies.
I do see knowledge buddy failing to run in community version. Are there any options to achieve both.

Pega GenAI Knowledge Buddy Installation Guide
Buddy is a very special new product that requires the provisioning of a Vector database (VDB) and is only available for customers on cloud-3.
Customers will need to license Buddy to get an instance. Parters will need to co-ordinate with their Pega Partner contact to get an instance.
The component will soon be on the marketplace (it’s in the pipeline getting uploaded) - but that won’t change the above. Without a licence and a VDB - it cannot be used. There is no support for installation in the community version. If you are licensed , you can request a Knowledge Buddy installation from the provisioning team (PegaLABS) and follow the implementation tasks based on your specific application usage.

@NirupamaT9536 this will only work in Pega LABS environment, as a workaround i will suggest you to try the cloud instance for the Knowledge buddy academy training there you can do required handson.
