The application includes Pega Knowledge and is configured for Knowledge authoring
The instance is Pega Cloud and licensed for GenAI Connect
You are enabling GenAI within the Knowledge Management configuration, not a general application configuration
If you are looking to use GenAI Autopilot for application development, that is a separate capability and does not surface under Knowledge settings.
The safest way to think about this is:
Knowledge GenAI features → configured under Knowledge Management settings
Application GenAI / Autopilot → driven by Blueprint import and application creation flows
