We are working for an australian bank customer. We have several Pega applications of varying versions from Pega 7.1.9 onwards till Pega Infinity23.
Now, we are exploring to leverage Pega AI & GenAI features like BluePrint, AutoPilot, ProcessAI etc. that are useful for new applications.
How Pega GenAI Capablities can be leveraged for existing applications?
If the existing applications are built on older versions of Pega (like Pega 7.1.9, 7.2, 7.4, 8.5, 8.7 etc.) On-premise and / or cloud, is there any plug-in/hot-fix or anything of that sort, that Pega can provide?
It would be helpful if we can get any consolidated view of
Pega AI features that can be straight away applied for the any of the above versions and
Pega AI features that can be applied using plg-in/Hot fix

Pega GenAI capabilities are available exclusively for Pega Cloud clients with active subscriptions and are integrated into Pega Infinity '23. For older versions of Pega, including Pega 7.1.9, 7.2, 7.4, 8.5, 8.7, etc., these capabilities are not directly available. There is no plug-in or hot-fix that can be provided to enable these features on older versions. To leverage Pega GenAI, you would need to upgrade your applications to Pega Infinity '23. @ASHOKKUMAR Contrary to previous comments made by users on the forum (which have since been deleted…) I know Pega Support will not be able to help you with questions about hotfixes to ‘enable AI’. Hotfixes are no longer issued to ‘enable functionality’. Please check our latest documentation.
