When a new case type is created it will create with default Create stage and process. Can someone suggest how to delete the Create stage in pega 8.7 .
We tried deleting the entire process in that stage and when we tried to create a case we are not seeing any pop up window but still the stage is getting displayed on portal. As there is no action taken in that stage we want that stage to be removed from portal.
@DivyaG26 Hi, Greetings. You can try to delete the Case Type pyDefault(the one that gets created automatically from Case Designer) and create it with same name pyDefault, this way the newly created one will not have the Create Stage as the first stage.
That is one way and other way is to filter the Create Stage in D_CaseStages Data Page
