Request to link my old account with my current account

Hi

Recently I have moved to a different organization. I have forgotten the password of my pdn login which is associated to the previous organization. So, now I am unable to login with my primary as well as alternative email id.

Now I have created new account with my current organization email id however all my account details (certification details etc) were not migrated to the new account.

I have sent email to [email protected] but I havent received any update yet.

Kindly help me in the migration process.

Hi @MarijeSchillern,

I can’t access my previous organization email id which is unfortunately my primary email address. And i don’t remember the password of my pdn account.

Hence, I have created a new account with my new organization email id.

I have requested the same to [email protected] on 18th April and 14th June 2022. Unfortunately I haven’t received any update yet.
