How to transfer certification to the latest organization business email ID

Hi Support Team,

I have cleared Pega CSA 7.1 certification with my previous organization email ID: [email protected] and alternate email account for that is [email protected]. Now I have been moved out and joined another Organization. I forgot the password details of my account - [email protected] and unable to reset password now as that mail id is deactivated. I want to transfer my certification linkage to new business email ID - [email protected]. Please help me on the same. Please let me know any additional details required for this.

Just updating the primary email address in your PDN account would be enough. After you update the primary email address you will be able to login with updated email id’s, and you will be able to see all certifications which you have completed.

@VinodK16687754 You Just need to update your primary email address in the personal information. You dont need to make any other changes.
