I have completed my Pega PCSA80V1 certification in 2019. I had different login id of my previous organization [email protected]. Now I have switched my organization to [email protected]. I need to download my certificate. Could you please assist

In profile settings you need to add the primary email id. So that you will be able to login to the pega academy and able to download the certificate
