Reg: Pega Certification.

Hii… I am completed my CSA certification. During certificate download i need to make my pearson vue account as my pega academy primary address during this process i didn’t receive any verification mail for my pearson vue mail id.Please resolve my issues as soon as possible.

Hi You mean, pearson vue and pega account both are the having different emails right?

Now you are updating the pega account with pearson vue used mail, in that case may be you already used this mail id in past. so that you won’t get the verification mail next time.

Hi @srimathiR3405,

Login to academy.pega.com and Hover on your profile and Navigate to My account settings and click on the My account settings and in inside you will be able to add the Primary email id and alternate email id.
By adding it in your profile you will be able to see the certificate.

  1. Log in to Pega - Sign In
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner and click My Settings.
  3. Click Add Email Address.
  4. Once you add the email address click Send Verification.
  5. You should receive an email to verify the new email account. Once verified you should be able to make that account primary by clicking Make Primary.
  6. Note: If needed you may remove other accounts by clicking Remove.
  7. Your primary email address should be updated now.
