Verification mail is not coming when i was trying to add alternate mail to my pega academy account

Verification mail is not coming when i was trying to add alternate mail which is pearsonvue account mail which i wrote my CSA exam to my pega academy account it says that after i entered my pearsonvue mail to my alternate mail in pega academy verfication mail is sent please check BUT no mail is coming
